Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

Email service@nytyu.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Damaged or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. For a missing item, include your order number and the item details.
